Contract Documents and bidding forms may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, at the Municipal Building, and may be inspected and or/obtained by prospective bidders during regular business hours. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided and completed in accordance with the requirements contained in the Instructions to Bidders and other Contract Documents. Any notices of addendums or cancellation and postponements may be found at Montgomerynj under current bidding opportunities. Questions shall be submitted in writing to avillano [at] montgomerynj.gov
Bid documents are provided free of charge via e-mail in Adobe PDF format. A free version of Adobe Reader can be downloaded ; E-mail requests should be submitted to mpitts [at] montgomerynj.gov or sweidenfeller [at] montgomerynj.gov and the requestor shall confirm receipt of the bid document in writing.
